We use a third-party cloud database service to fetch dynamic app configurations, syllabus lessons, and ad settings. When the App requests this content, the database service automatically receives standard connection metadata, including your IP address, device User-Agent, and timestamps, to facilitate the request, prevent abuse, and manage traffic. We do not store or transmit any of your personal details, progress, or activity to our database service.
We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties.
We use local device storage (via shared preferences) to save your learning progress, unlocked topics, and app settings. This data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may use technology to collect data in order to provide relevant ads and measure ad performance.
Because EngliTel does not collect or transmit personal information to external servers, we do not retain your data on our end. All learning progress, unlocked topics, and app settings are stored locally on your device. You have full control over this data and can delete it at any time by clearing the App’s data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

Because our App does not collect, require, or transmit any personal information to external servers, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age, nor do we store any such data. By downloading, accessing, or using EngliTel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
EngliTel is designed as an educational tool to assist users in learning English through Telugu. While we strive to provide helpful learning materials, the content is provided entirely on an “as is” and “as available” basis, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We explicitly state that the educational content provided in the App (including grammar rules, spoken English lessons, vocabulary databases, conversations, and tests) is not entirely correct and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We do not warrant or guarantee that the translations, grammar rules, vocabulary, examples, or any other content within the App are accurate, complete, or free from typographical, grammatical, or factual errors. You acknowledge that any reliance upon the material is at your own risk.
The App is intended to be a self-paced learning aid. We make no representations, promises, or guarantees that completing the courses or using the App will result in English fluency. Furthermore, we do not guarantee any specific real-world outcomes, including but not limited to success in job interviews, academic examinations, professional advancements, or personal communications. Your progress and results depend entirely on your own effort, practice, and external factors.
All learning materials, including conversations, dialogues, examples, and scenarios, provided within EngliTel are strictly fictional and intended solely for English learning purposes. They are generalized in nature and do not represent, target, offend, or intend to reflect any specific individual, group, organization, entity, community, or real-world event. Any resemblance thereto is entirely coincidental.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of EngliTel shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, liability for any errors or omissions in the content, or any reliance placed on the App for professional, academic, or personal advancement. You agree to use the App at your own risk and agree to hold the developer harmless from any claims, lawsuits, or disputes arising from your use of the Services.
EngliTel is a free application supported entirely by advertisements. Access to all lessons, courses, and learning content is conditional on ads being displayed. You agree not to use any ad-blocking software, modified hosts files, VPNs, or private DNS routing (ad blockers) to bypass advertisements while using the App. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or block access to the App’s learning content if we detect any ad-blocking software or configurations on your device.
All material, layout designs, branding, assets, code, graphics, and educational content inside EngliTel are the proprietary property of the developer(s) and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, extract, scrape, distribute, modify, clone, or commercially exploit any content from the App without our express prior written consent.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer of EngliTel from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the App; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
